{holiday inspiration} garlands

Garlands are so pretty.  You can use them across a mantle, as part of your table decor, hanging from a ceiling or even part of your wrapping.  There are so many uses for them.  We have a very long mantle so I decided to hang our 25 Days to Christmas Advent Calendar there.

Sometimes I find it so hard to stick with one theme over the holidays because my brain goes into creative overdrive and there is just so much that I want to do.  I think if I gave into this - friends wouldn't be able to even walk into my house because it would be filled to the gils.

row 1:: aqua & red, woodland fireplace, white mantle

row 3:: outdoor, felt balls, lights, presents, snowflakes
